Perfect fall day for a Brewery Tour
A great ride to Neustadt, for a sampling and tour of the Neustadt Springs Brewery . This building dates back to 1859 , when the original brewing company started. Also reputed to being the oldest operating original brewery building in Ontario. The location was chosen because of the spring water aquifer and is being used still today. Toured the stone caverns made from field stones of the area , built under ground to keep a constance temp. for the fermentation of the barrels of brew of those early days. The fuel tax lotto ticket # 264158 won by Tim (Dusty) Fountain.

Hot Hot Hot
The temp was warm even on the bike, Hot when stopped in the sun. But what a great ride, finding shade in Kinmount at the dam, and the cooling waters at Furnace Falls. The view from Skyline park was great into the clear sky over looking Halliburton. The trees provided the needed cover from the sun while enjoying the lunch you packed at the many picnic tables . The fuel tax lotto ticket #264115 won by Zee & Dave. Thanks to Mad Max Keith for taking care of the lotto.
