Perfect fall day for a Brewery Tour

A great ride to Neustadt, for a sampling and tour of the Neustadt Springs Brewery . This building dates back to 1859 , when the original brewing company started. Also reputed to being the oldest operating original brewery building in Ontario. The location was chosen because of the spring water aquifer and is being used still today. Toured the stone caverns made from field stones of the area , built under ground to keep a constance temp. for the fermentation of the barrels of brew of those early days. The fuel tax lotto ticket # 264158 won by Tim (Dusty) Fountain.
